Hester provides coaching and therapy for individuals wishing to establish more positive ways of living their lives. She assists her clients in dealing with the underlying causes of existing unhelpful behaviours, establishing empowering new behaviours and setting attainable and sustainable goals for the future. Hester works with both adults and children.
When working with adults, Hester supports individuals experiencing anxiety and depression as well as those facing important changes in their lives as a result of divorce, career change or bereavement. Hester has a particular interest in the importance of sound self esteem and the affect it has on our ability to lead fullfilling and rewarding lives.
Hester is also a well known motivational speaker and regularly delivers talks to parents and teachers on how to build childrens' self-esteem, boost their resilience and increase their social skills. These talks are delivered throughout the year to schools across London and South East England. Hester also runs empowering, small group, Mind Retreat days at her home in Littlewick Green, Berkshire.
Hester is also the writer of numerous articles and has a written a book entitled 'Life Coaching in Your Pocket For Women' (see link above). She is also currently writing a booked which will bring together all of the information from her parenting talks entitled 'Become Your Child's Greatest Coach'.

Hester Bancroft has a first class degree in Psychology (BSc hons), is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a member of the British Psychological Society (MBPsS). She is also currently undertaking doctoral studies with the world renowned Metanoia Institute in London (DCPsych). Hester has extensive experience working with adults and children both privately and in the state sector for Mind.
